		<description>I&#039;ve been using the relaxation techniques now for almost two months and its made a huge difference in my ability to deliver lectures and presentations to large groups of people.  I used to feel very nervous just before speaking to large groups of professionals, but the techniques have proven to be immensely helpful in calming me down just before I speak and I feel much more in control rather than letting the nerves control me.  The best part is that I have it loaded onto my iTouch and I can use the techniques just before I have to go to the podium.  Thank you for developing these techniques.
